We are delighted to invite you to Ottawa, the beautiful capital city of Canada, for the 2nd edition of the Northern Lights Harp Fest. The Delta Ottawa Hotel and Suites, located at 361 Queen Street, Ottawa, is a perfect venue with its prime downtown location and reasonable prices.
Located in the heart of the business district, the Delta Ottawa is within walking distance of Parliament Hill, museums, shops and restaurants. The famous Byward Market is about 10 minutes away by taxi or a 30 minute walk. The fall colours, at their peak in the first week of October, make the city an inviting tourist destination.
Our special guest room price is $119/night (plus taxes and all other fees). There is the possibility of reserving Studio bedrooms (with a microwave and fridge area) for $144/night (plus taxes and all other fees), a 1-bedroom suite for $169/night (plus taxes and all other fees) or a 2-bedroom suite for $194/night (plus taxes and all other fees). Along with the usual hotel commodities, our venue of choice includes a ’Pets Welcome‘ policy (please check with the hotel for details), a fitness centre and a pool. The Canadian experience is complete with the inclusion of a Tim Horton’s coffee, sandwich and doughnut shop 2 blocks away.

To get the preferred room rate for the conference, please call or email the Reservations Department. You must identify yourself as being with our group by quoting the Reservation ID code: GTHARP. All reservations should be made prior to August 30, 2011 in order to qualify for the group rate. Reservations made later than August 30th cannot be guaranteed and will be on a first come first serve basis.
Parking
Heated underground parking is available at the hotel for a fee. Upon arriving at the hotel, please park in the 15 minute guest parking located directly in front of the entrance doors. Proceed to the lobby and check-in.
- Parking: $19.50 + taxes per night - includes in/out privileges for registered guests.

- Head southeast on Airport Rd/Airport Parkway Private toward Airport 2 Ave.
- Continue onto Airport Pkwy/Regional Road 79
- Continue onto Bronson Ave
- Turn right at Queen St
- Destination will be on the left
From: Montreal
- Head southwest on Boulevard Crémazie E toward Rue St-Denis
- Follow signs for Aut 40/Aut 15 S and merge onto Autoroute Métropolitaine
- Slight right at Autoroute Félix-Leclerc (signs for Aut 520/Aut 40/Hull/Ottawa) Entering Ontario
- Take Highway 417 West.
- Travel on the 417 West (from Montreal) approximately 2 hours.
- Exit at Bronson Ave. (121A-South)
- Turn right and continue onto Bronson Ave
- Turn right at Queen St
- Destination will be on the left
From: Toronto
- Take Highway 401 East.
- Exit at Highway 416 near Prescott.
- Take Highway 416 North, continue until it merges with Highway 417 (Queensway)
- Take Highway 417 East.
- Exit at Bronson Ave (121A - South).
- Turn right and continue onto Bronson Ave
- Turn right at Queen St
- Destination will be on the left
